How much is delivery?

Please note all prices on our website exclude VAT as do the prices quoted in these delivery terms.

• Standard Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for orders over £50.00 to MAINLAND UK. For Highlands & Islands and exceptions see below.
• For orders of £49.99 and under, delivery will be charged at £8.95.

Most orders are delivered next day, however please allow 2 complete working days for delivery, especially if your order includes kbins/furniture/bulky/unusual items. Kindly note furniture/bulky items are usually sent on a 'kerbside delivery' basis and may arrive on a pallet. The drivers will usually not deliver these items inside a building.

For orders including K-Bins, these are usually sent direct from the manufacturer so please allow 2-5 working days.

If you wish to upgrade to Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery, please contact us for a quote on this.

Where do you deliver to?

• Standard Delivery is to Mainland UK only, postcode exclusions apply, see below.

• Customers in Northern Island, The Highlands, Islands & Offshore and exceptions Postcodes, the delivery charge will be a flat £12 (except for K-Bins and furniture, please contact us for a quote) regardless of the value of your order for customers in the following postcodes - Please note the checkout system does not take this into consideration at the moment, so you may be contacted after you order regarding this charge:

However if you are ordering from these postcodes and you wish to obtain a personalised delivery quote, please email sales@lasermediasupplies.co.uk prior to ordering with the product codes, quantities and your postcode and we will see what we can do. For example if you are ordering something small & lightweight, we may be able to send it with Royal Mail cheaper instead.

Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for your order in these areas.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5pm are typically delivered on the next working day, subject to stock availability, however please allow 2 working days.

Items such as furniture & K-Bins may take slightly longer to arrive as they are often sent direct from the manufacturer (allow 2-5 days.) Any orders placed after 5pm, on weekends or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

The visibility of a product does not guarantee that we have stock of a product; it just indicates that the product is likely to be available. If the item is urgent please contact us to check availability before ordering.

Kindly note we are unable to provide an exact time as to when your order will be delivered as this depends on the carrier and is beyond our control.

Can you send my order on a pre-10 or pre-12 delivery?

Certain items can be sent using a pre-10 or pre-12 delivery but this depends entirely on the item and time the order is placed. If you wish to use this service please contact us on 01530 270757 before placing your order to discuss your requirements. Pre-10 & Pre-12 delivery is excluded from our free delivery offer and is chargeable. Rates depend on item and service.

How will my order be delivered?

Orders may not necessarily arrive in one consignment, although we do try to send all items together. We use a mixture of Royal Mail and various carriers including UPS, DHL, Parcelforce & DPD to deliver orders.
