If you normally pay by card when you order, you are able to register yourself.

If you hold a credit account with us, you should have received an email from us containing your new log in details. Please contact us if you do not have these. Please do not re-register yourself unless you want to pay upfront on credit card as it will not link with your credit account. 

We apologise for any inconvenience. 

However this new site has a bigger product range and added features.

*Store your favourite products - if you would like me to add these for you, then please let me know and I will use your account history to do so.

*An increased product range with products being added quicker, with better pricing and more product information.

*More accurate search results and pricing.

*Targeted offers and promotions including some great introductory pricing on Q-Connect. 

If you need us to talk you through the process, show you the features of the website or if you experience any issues then please give us a call or send us an email. We are excited about the new site and hope it runs smoothly but with having over 20000 products there are things we might have missed, so feedback is welcomed. For example if you cannot find a certain product or the price looks too much compared to previously please let us know. 

We would like to clarify that we are still operating under the business name Laser Media Supplies, it is just the website has changed. All other aspects of business remain the same, including the staff!
